Japanese cheesecake

Hubby loves Japanese food and cheesecake, so I decided to bake a Japanese cheesecake for him on his 41st birthday.  Thanks to Nami's recipe, although I omitted the rum and jam, this came out of the oven so light, and creamy, that every bite melts in the mouth!  I'd say this is cheesier and tastes better than Uncle Tetsu's ;)
